1) The caregiver identified above will continue to provide the current level of care and resources for the cats served.
2) The applicant, property owner and caregiver acknowledge that all cats trapped will be returned to the location at the conclusion of TNRM services, and that kittens weighing less than two pounds will not be neutered.
3) The applicant, property owner and caregiver acknowledge that any cat determined to have unrecoverable illness or that bites and breaks the skin of a volunteer will be euthanized.
4) The applicant acknowledges that TNR Mecosta relies on fees and donations to operate (to cover vet costs) and is responsible for providing TNRM a minimum donation per cat trapped before cats are transported for neutering. The applicant will notify the TNRM contact identified below at least 72 hours before scheduled service to make arrangements if he/she is no longer able to make the minimum donation.
5) The property owner gives permission for TNRM to provide service at the site and waives liability for any damages to property resulting from TNRM volunteer activities at the site.
6) TNRM waives liability for any volunteer injury or damage to property of TNRM or its volunteers resulting from TNRM activities at the site.
7) The applicant (or undersigned proxy) agrees to be present on site for the duration of TNRM services and agrees that TNRM will not perform services if the applicant or proxy are not on site.
8) The applicant (or proxy) agrees to observe the instructions and safety guidelines provided by TNRM volunteers.
9) The applicant and property owner permit TNRM volunteers to inform neighbors of TNRM activities.
10) The applicant and property owner permit TNRM volunteers to record and use media content that features the site and/or cats to be used in TNRM promotions, including promotions in local and social media.
